Terms of Service
The basis on which we provide coordination services — and the limits of what we are responsible for.
Last updated: 23 August 2026. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Who we are
These terms are provided by Medi Route, a medical travel coordination service based in the United Arab Emirates at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.. Medi Route is a coordination service. We are not a hospital, a clinic, a healthcare provider or a licensed medical practice. We do not diagnose, we do not treat, and we do not provide medical advice.
What we do
We assess your enquiry, introduce you to independent licensed clinics, help you obtain treatment options and quotes, and arrange the non-medical elements of your trip — accommodation, transfers, interpretation and coordination — together with aftercare follow-up support.
Your relationship with the clinic
Any treatment you receive is provided under a direct agreement between you and the clinic or practitioner you choose. They are solely responsible for clinical assessment, treatment, its outcome and its aftercare. Their own terms, consent forms and policies apply to that treatment, and you should read them.
No guarantee of outcome
Medical and cosmetic procedures carry risk. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed by anyone. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular result. Any revision or complication policy is a matter for the treating clinic, and you should obtain it in writing before you commit.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give complete and accurate information about your health, to disclose relevant medical history and medication, to follow pre-operative and aftercare instructions, to arrange your own flights and appropriate travel and medical insurance, and to hold valid travel documents. Withholding relevant medical information can make a procedure dangerous.
Payments & cancellation
Fees, payment terms, deposits and cancellation conditions are set out in your written quote and in the clinic’s own terms. Our coordination fee, and the cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions that apply to it, are confirmed to you in writing before you pay anything. The clinic’s treatment fee is paid directly to the clinic and is governed by the clinic’s own payment, deposit and cancellation terms. Flights and insurance are booked by you and are subject to the terms of those providers.
Travel & itinerary changes
Itineraries can change for medical or operational reasons — including your surgeon determining that you should not yet fly. We will rearrange the elements we control where we can. We are not responsible for the cost of flights or other arrangements you have made independently.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediRoute is not liable for the acts, omissions, clinical decisions or outcomes of any clinic, practitioner, hotel, transport provider or other third party. Our liability for our own coordination services is limited to the fees you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Website content
Information on this site is general in nature and provided for guidance only. Timeframes, recovery periods and typical ranges are illustrative and are not a clinical opinion about you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, U.A.E. have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
